Can I order by phone?

No, please order through the website or via email. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to give us a call and we can help guide you through the website purchase.

Can I pay by e-transfer?

Yes, if you do not wish to pay via PayPal (our website checkout payment processor), you can send an email to listing which trees you’d like and we can issue an invoice to be paid via e-transfer.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. We offer cancellation and refund options within 48 hours of placing your order. Remember, once the tree has left the farm our shipping fees are non refundable.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. The $50 refundable deposit is paid when you book a time slot for your pickup/delivery. The link to book your time slot is sent to you in your order confirmation email. Release of any security deposits will only occur after inspection of the returned tree for damage or loss. Tree must be retuned with in 24 days of picking it up or the refund will be kept .

How will I get my deposit back?

Once the tree has been returned and inspected, we will issue all deposit refunds via e-transfer to the email provided in your “Billing Info”. If you’d like the deposit to be refunded to a different email address, please let us know and we can accommodate that.

How is the tree height measured?

All trees are be measured including the container, which in most cases is 10-14 inches high. This allows you to estimate how tall the tree will be once it is set in place.

Is the listed tree height accurate?

The tree will be within three inches of the listed height or may run taller. This variation is due to measurements taken in a natural environment and growth between measurement and rental.

How long can I keep the tree?

You may keep the tree for up to 24 days from the original order date.

How do I care for the tree?

Outdoor use:

  • choose a location away from any heat sources.
  • use only LED lights rated for outdoor use.
  • use only extension cords rated for outdoor use.
  • do not trim, prune or water
  • do not use flock, snow sprays or tinsel.

Inside use:

  • Choose a location away from any heat sources such as fireplaces or heat registers.
  • Place the tree and container in/on a waterproof container/surface.
  • Use only LED lights rated for indoor use.
  • Do not prune, trim nor feed it any type of fertilizer or plant food.
  • Water the tree every day using 1 cup of water.
  • Do not use flock, snow sprays or tinsel.

What if I damage the tree?

If the tree is damaged, you be liable for the replacement price of the tree which is assessed at $200 CAD. Your security deposit will be forfeited and an additional $150.00 CDN payment will be required.
